The Vodafone Web Phone is an application that brings to your computer all the communication features of your phone.
You can make / receive calls and messages in the same way as you do with your phone.
What you need is a computer with internet connection and a vodafone card.
This service is completely free and every call / message is paid as if they were done ​​in your cellphone (if you have free messages in your plan they will also be free if you send them by computer).
Basically, with the Vodafone Web Phone you have your phone on your computer.

Tips

The Vodafone Web Phone application (executable) usually does not allow your own number to be added to the contact list, and sometimes it is useful to be able to send to ourselves a to do list, for example.
So if you want to add your own mobile number to your contact list, access the Vodafone Web Phone through the Facebook application and add your number there.
Once you have completed this process you can log on the program installed on your computer and check if your own number is present on your list.
